Your senses will also benefit by taking time to stop, listen and watch for activity in the bushes and shrubs around you.\u00a0 This will\u00a0 teach you to be more alert to your surroundings by keeping your eyes and ears open.\u00a0 There should be no distractions while bird watching.\u00a0 Put phones on silent mode and do not listen to music.\u00a0 Enjoy the sounds of nature.\u00a0 Birdwatching is not an actual form of meditation, but it\u2019s pretty close.
